Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Freemium First Policy ("Try Before You Buy")

At AuraMail, we believe you should test our capabilities before committing any funds. Every registered user receives a complimentary Free Tier account with 2 scheduled dispatches (and up to 4 recipients per email) without requiring any credit card details or payment commitment.

We strongly encourage evaluating our rich-text editor, multi-date builder, live SMTP connectivity, and delivery mechanisms prior to upgrading to a paid tier.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you upgrade to our Pro or Enterprise plan and find that the Service does not meet your operational expectations due to a verified technical defect or platform malfunction that our engineering team cannot resolve, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial upgrade payment.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Accounts suspended or banned due to spamming, phishing, fraud, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Delivery failures resulting from invalid recipient email addresses, third-party mailbox provider blocks, or recipient spam filter decisions.
• Issues arising from invalid or revoked Gmail App Passwords that the user failed to update.
• Requests submitted after the 14-day evaluation window has elapsed.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time directly through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your account will remain on the premium tier until the conclusion of your current billing cycle, after which it will revert to the standard Free tier without any recurring charges.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to mail.mails4mail@gmail.com with your registered email address and transaction reference. Our billing team reviews all refund requests within 2 business days.
