1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the AuraMail - Mail Scheduler SaaS service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

AuraMail provides automated scheduling, intelligent queue delivery, and rich-text composition tools. Users connect their own email accounts via Google App Passwords using standard SMTP protocols.

You expressly agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing campaigns, or deceptive marketing messages in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or international anti-spam regulations.
• Transmitting malware, spyware, malicious code, or fraudulent financial solicitations.
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating individuals or organizations.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or breach the security safeguards, rate limits, or authentication layers of the platform or Gmail servers.

Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate account termination, banning, and forfeiture of any active privileges without refund.

3. Accounts & Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and the Google 16-character App Passwords you supply. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions, Freemium Tier & Limits

AuraMail offers a Free Starter Tier allowing 2 free scheduled emails with up to 4 recipients per mail to test platform functionality. Upgraded Pro and Enterprise tiers provide unlimited scheduling, high-frequency queues, priority retry mechanisms, and advanced support.

We reserve the right to modify tier limits and features with reasonable prior notification.

5. Limitation of Liability

AuraMail operates as an intermediary scheduler delivering messages through your provided SMTP provider (e.g. Gmail). While our platform maintains an enterprise-grade retry engine and queue worker, we are not liable for transmission delays or rejections caused by third-party mail server downtime, DNS misconfigurations, recipient mailbox quotas, or provider account suspensions.

6. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
